PDF Forms Privacy
Your documents stay on your device. PDF Forms Web processes PDF files, images, scans, text and signatures inside your browser. The application server has no document-upload endpoint.
Saved History and unfinished-document recovery are stored locally in the browser. Where supported, PDF Forms uses the browser's private origin file storage; IndexedDB is used for metadata and as a compatibility fallback. Clearing browser/site storage can remove this local data.
When anonymous usage tracking is enabled, the server receives only allow-listed product events such as opening the editor, scanning, saving or using History, together with coarse device/browser category, interface language, a random anonymous installation identifier and a browser-session identifier. It never receives document names, document contents, entered text, signatures, scans or images.
There is no account requirement. Tracking can be disabled globally by the site administrator.
